Details:
- Ice- Melting in cool temperature from 20’C to 70’C for about 12 hours to 24 hours before use.
- Shake well before opening.
- Pour cream into a bowl but not over 20% of the bowl’s volume, whip the cream at a normal speed until it rises with firmness and  polish.
- Do not whip cream so fast when it is iced.
- After whipping, the product must be kept in cool or iced places.
