The cores are made by high quality onented silicon sheets. Apter being cut and shaped, this core shall be wound by a break-through technology of LiOA: WOUNDCORE. With this technology, silicon sheets are tightly pressed and minimise the air gap and no connection are per nomal transformer. Therefore, LiOA transformer has outstanding features of free-load loss, light weight, low noise and strong construction.
