Lotus Networks’ maintenance and warranty service packages:
To ensure networks in good working condition and to minimize downtime, we can offer maintenance services including on-site maintenance, hardware replacement, troubleshooting… These services can be in different service packages as follows:
- 8 x 5 x NBD (Silver)
- 24 x 7 x 6 (Gold)
- 24 x 7 x 2 (Diamond)
Service packages include:
- Site-survey and give solutions.
- Telephone support for trouble cases which customers can solve themselves.
- On-site support by professional engineers
- Pre-check and periodical maintenance once 3 months (8 x 5 x NBD), once 2 months (24 x 7 x 6), once a month (24 x 7 x 2)
- Repair and replace devicesif required to keep the network non-stopped
- The service is applied nationawide (8 x 5 x NBD), in HCMC, Ha Noi, Da Nang (24 x 7 x 6) and (24 x 7 x 2).
