Era Town is a part of Phu My Resettlement project covering an area of 268.200m2, which is fully equipped with public facilities such as schools, kindergarten, pre-school, park, courtyard, administration area, cultural house, clinic center, commercial center and other services. The Era Town’s residents can also enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court and sport stadium.
The Era Town has a total area of 50.026m2 with a maximum construction density of 35%; a park of 17.9%; and a flower garden-courtyard taking up 30%. The Era Town’s architecture is in harmony with surrounded nature and has a conformable arrangement among a park, a flower garden, a courtyard and a playground creating an ideal living environment for its community.
The overall design of apartment blocks are beautiful, airy and exclusive with all sides face the river. Each apartment unit has private balcony or loggia. Each floor has a minimum of 6 and maximum of 16 units with exclusive hall-ways, 8 elevators and 2 staircases that are very convenient for residents.
