The first day is as above for the one day trip. But at the end of the day the air-conditioned bus will take you on to stay overnight in Cantho city in the heart of the Mekong Delta. Cantho is a romantic city, clean, calm, unhurried, free of industrial pollution, quite different from Saigon. The people are friendly and kind: wherever you go you will be warmly welcomed. Early the next morning our boat trip will take you to the famous floating market, then on into more of the Mekong Delta’s winding canals. You will see rice-paddy fields, a noodle production chain, rice-paper manufacture and learn how spring rolls are made. After lunch in Cantho you will head back to Saigon, stopping at a Bonsai garden on the way. Back by 6:00 pm.
Included: A/C bus there and back, tour guide, one night in hotel, (two people share one room), boat trips, 1 lunch, 1 breakfast, some fruit, entrance fee.
