Recipe:
• Dissolve ferment in water. Put ferment fluid into Margarine and dumpling powder FAN-031. Knead batter manually or by blender till the mixture smooth, elastic, may be spread into seamless, thin membranes.
• Repeat kneading flour till the batter smoother.
• Roll batter into pipe shapes, cut into small parts of 60gr.
• Roll batter into round, thin pieces. Put filling into these pieces and fold edge in dumpling shape. Line square paper.
• Anneal in 1 hour, till they inflate, batter is soft. Steam in 15 minutes from the water boils.
