GYM – training exercise method with support of fitness machines, free weights and cardio machines such as: dumbbells, treodmills.
PT (persional training) is available for helping you get results faster as you have always dreamed.
PT – one student and one instructor (one on one) with correct movement and good nutritional diet. Instructors will help you carefully do weight training with correct movements. After training, instructors give you nutritional diet direction.
PT provides you general advantages such as:
- Caridio, respiratory system, improves the health or your heart and lungs and reduces body fat: Cardio exercise.
- Muscle, strengthens your muscles, tones up the body and reduces body fat: Exercise with fitness equipment.
